    These terms govern your use of NotaryDirect's booking platform.

    Service Description

    NotaryDirect provides a booking and coordination service. The actual execution of notarial acts is performed by a qualified Notary Public appointed under Swedish law.

    Booking & Cancellation

    By making a booking you agree that your information is shared with the responsible Notary Public. Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time.

    Pricing

    Prices shown are indicative. The final fee is confirmed after completed booking based on the scope of the matter.

    Shipping Costs

    If you request a hard copy to be shipped to you, a shipping fee applies. The cost depends on the destination and is added afterward — it is not shown upfront at booking.

    Client Responsibility — Receiver Requirements

    It is the client's own responsibility to confirm the specific requirements of the receiving party (the authority, institution, or company the document is intended for). NotaryDirect only provides the services explicitly requested and does not verify the receiver's requirements.

    Late Arrival

    Arriving more than 5 minutes late to a booked meeting may result in you being charged for the meeting, and it will not be refunded.
