Which documents count as proof of address?
Common examples are utility bills, bank statements and official letters showing your name and address. Check with the receiving party which type they accept.
Do I need to show the original document?
Yes. The original is shown on camera during the video meeting. A printed PDF does not count as an original.
Is the document valid in my country?
It is valid in any country that is a member of the Hague Convention. If you are unsure, ask us before you book.
How long does it take?
The video meeting takes a few minutes, and we work same day.
Can I get several documents done at once?
